12 Jun Raise Your Glass: Summer Conference and AGM (June 2025)
In June 2025 BACS were delighted to host a one-off summer conference Raise Your Glass!, which explored all the incredible work happening within the drinks industry, and its wider use of heritage and archives in brand storytelling. Over 60 delegates attended at the wonderful Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh, it was a jam-packed day covering a range of topics including the importance of communities, authenticity, provenance, memories, and experiences, when it comes to engaging with our audiences through archives.
None of this would have been possible without our incredible presenters, and an extended thanks to TownsWeb Archiving for their kind sponsorship of our evening reception which celebrated the launch of our most recent journal, Business and Industrial History: A Journal of Archival Research.
