The Business Archives Council of Scotland has been involved in many types of project work since its establishment in 1960. From surveying activity and records rescues to national strategies and awareness campaigns.
In the past many of these projects have been delivered by the Surveying Officer and today BACS leads on and contributes to partnership projects through the work of our executive committee members. For example, the Enterprising Scotland brochure published in 2017 by the Scottish Council on Archives was written by Alison Turton, Cheryl Traversa and Kiara King on behalf of BACS.
